1.2. The Platform is operated by BBCapitalz, a financial technology company ("BBCapitalz", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

 
2.1. The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction in which they reside and who have the capacity to understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

 
2.2. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in this section.

3. Account Registration and Security

 
3.1. To use the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information.

 
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

 
3.3. You agree to immediately notify BBCapitalz of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Copy Trading

 
4.1. The Platform allows you to automatically copy the trading activity of master accounts ("Traders") who have opted to share their trading strategies.

 
4.2. By copying a master account, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all trades executed through your account, including any losses.

 
4.3. BBCapitalz does not guarantee the performance or success of any master account, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

 
4.4. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and suitability of any master account before deciding to copy its trading activity.

5. Fees and Payments

 
5.1. BBCapitalz may charge fees for the use of the Platform, including but not limited to subscription fees and performance-based fees.
5.2. All fees and payment terms will be clearly disclosed to you before you incur any charges.

 
5.3. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner, and BBCapitalz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

 
6.1. The Platform, including its content, design, and underlying technology, is the property of BBCapitalz and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 
6.2. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Platform without the prior written consent of BBCapitalz.

 
6.3 Under no circumstance should ANY trades taken by our algorithms be copy-traded onto alternative accounts as bound by our agreements and risk mandates. If found doing so, your accounts will be terminated and partnership with BBCapitalz will be suspended as it is an infringement on our agreement and Intellectual Property and we will absolutely take legal action. We take only a 30% profit split , if you're copy-trading externally without our explicit permission, then it is not in our interest to provide our services to you as a client.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

 
7.1. The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

 
7.2. BBCapitalz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

 
7.3. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk, and you agree to hold BBCapitalz harmless from any claims or damages arising from such use.

8. Termination and Suspension

 
8.1. BBCapitalz reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

 
8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and you may no longer access your account or any content associated with it.

10. Miscellaneous

 
10.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BBCapitalz regarding the use of the Platform.

 
10.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 
10.3. BBCapitalz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

By using the BBCapitalz copy trading platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
